Dr. Martin Carcieri - April 1st Former RET member, Dr. Martin Carcieri, will discuss, "Race in Public Schools: Two Current Supreme Court Cases," at our next Roundtable Meeting on Sunday, April 1st, 10:00 a.m., at Pellissippi State Technical Community College (directions elsewhere on our web page). Arrive between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. for coffee and fellowship. Martin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science, Western Kentucky University. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of California-Santa Barbara and his J.D. from the University of California-Hastings. At Western Kentucky, his specialty is Public Law and Political Theory, and he serves as Mock Trial Supervisor.
