Fred Venditti Memorial on Sunday Please remember the memorial service on Sunday (July 3) for Fred Venditti (details below). 07/01/2005 A memorial celebration of the life of our beloved Frederick P. Venditti, is set for: - Sunday, July 3, 2005 - 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. - Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, 2931 Kingston Pike; Knoxville, Tennessee I spoke with Phil Venditti (Fred's and Anne's son) today, and he assured me that thoughts and remembrances from Fred's RET friends are welcome on Sunday. There will be opportunities for members to make remarks. The family wants a rather informal tone, but there will be some order to the blocks of time allocated for various purposes: mingling/talking, family remarks, open mics for friends' remarks, etc. In fact, there will be two different segments of time dedicated for friends' remarks - one near the middle of the memorial and one near the end (i.e., from 4:15 - 5:00 p.m.).
