Darwin Day - Correction my earlier message indicated the wrong venue for Dr. Shermer's talk. It's actually in Alumni Memorial Bldg. Sorry. Darwin Day is nearly upon us. Michael Shermer, the founding publisher of "Skeptic" magazine, and the author of several books on science and culture, will deliver the keynote address Wednesday, Feb. 9, at 7:30 in Room 210 of Alumni memorial Building. Afterward, RET members are welcome to join Dr. Shermer and others at the Cumberland Grill, for casual socializing. The Darwin Day website contains info about associated items, including other events in which Dr. Shermer will be participating. The events occur over a two-day period, W/Th, Feb. 9/10.
