The following criteria apply to would-be campers at Camp Quest of the Smoky Mountains:
- Children age 8 - 17 are eligible to register as campers. Youths of 14 - 17 may register as
Counselors in Training, and youths aged 16 - 17 may register as Jr. Assistant Counselors after CIT experience.
- The camper (and parent) must read and agree to the affirmation of humanism in order to verify that the philosophy of Camp Quest does not differ significantly from the philosophy the parent would instill in the child.
- The fee of $575 is to be paid in full by July 26, 2009 (only $525 if paid by April 24, 2009). Note that of this fee, $100 constitutes a non-refundable deposit and must be submitted with the application. Additional siblings receive a $50 discount.
- Campers must be transported either to the camp or to the Knoxville airport, where staffers can arrange to pick up campers.
- Proof of a physical examination completed within one year of the camper's arrival date at camp must be submitted.
For all necessary documentation outlined above, please download the PDF
application,

health exam forms. If you are unable to open the
documents and would like the forms mailed or faxed to you, we'll be happy to send you hard copies. Need-based
aid may be available.
